People compose thoughts, ideas` they produce texts. They respond to various stimuli and produce patterns of  behavior. At times it is useful to rely on what people think or on what they say in an interview or a focus group.  On certain occasions, however,   it is necessary to follow people in some kind of “natural environment” such as a shopping mall or at work.  The research procedure we offer our clients depends on the nature of the project and its specific aims.  Each research project is unique.

     

 

After 18 years of specializing in market research, we have learned a thing or two – such as knowing what to expect from interacting with people.  We know what they are capable of in terms of their ability to recall, to conceptualize and also to report.  We analyze what people say, their talk. This we do by employing the latest technology in content analysis, which enables us also to incorporate texts collected by means other than 'live talk', such as those extracted from the internet.

Using the latest equipment, we fhave developed products so as to follow people and their spatial behavior, thus generating a minute-by-minute timeline of behavior. We keep on adopting new methods of both data collection as well as of data analysis.
